Chris Wiedenmayer

Principal

Chris has been an active commercial real estate broker and investor for more than a decade, having real estate holdings and participating in a variety of transactions in Colorado, California, Arizona and Florida. His ability to listen and understand a client’s needs – in addition to his broad personal network of investors, owners/users, developers and brokers – allows him to assemble ideal solutions for his clients.

Chris graduated from Hobart College and lives in the Hilltop neighborhood in Denver with his wife, Rosie, daughter Scarlett and son Pierson. He enjoys skiing, hockey, playing the guitar and the occasional hotdog eating contest.

Chris is a consultant for Wiedenmayer Brewing Company located in Northern New Jersey, and together with his wife Rosie, runs The Paper Lady, an upscale stationary store in Washington Park.

Trent Lewis

Principal

Trent’s roots in real estate run deep, having grown up in a real estate family and managed properties at a very young age. Over the last decade, his experience includes land acquisitions, development, leasing, sales and management for numerous projects in Colorado and Florida. His problem-solving abilities and aggressive strategies have enabled him to effectively position assets to maximize income and increase profits.

Trent received a computer engineering degree from the University of Florida and enjoys spending time with his horses, skiing, camping and traveling with his wife Melissa, with whom he owns MT Stables, a for-not-profit horse despooking company.

Trent continues to consult for real estate interests throughout the tropics, and with his wife Melissa at the helm, runs MML Franchise Marketing, a franchise sales and marketing firm.
